For more than two decades White Wolf Retreat owner, Robert Becker, has been active in YPO and YPO Gold. Robert’s business experience extends across many enterprises he has started or owned. Business interests vary from banking to manufacturing. His combination of banking experience combined with high tech education and 10 years in semiconductor manufacturing is unique.

In 2017 Robert completed the rigorous process administered by the YPO Forum Committee to become a Certified Forum Facilitator. He believes strongly in the potential that Forum brings to leaders and wants to help your Forum with practical skills from small tune-up’s in Four-Step Forum Exploration, issue clearing or something more profound to explore. It is, after all, your Forum and often the group knows best what will help achieve the next level of commitment and take-home value.
