› Forum Fundamentals (FF) is essential for each member participating in a forum.
› Forum Moderator Leadership Development (FMLD) is a crucial workshop for you as Moderator or Assistant (next up) Moderator.
› Forum Health Survey. A customized tool to give your forum not only an average, but also include minimum and maximums responses. This is important since we do not plan improvement based on averages, rather YPO “Forum DNA” is to view the edges, push ourselves to the reach for the limit.
› Retreat. Annual retreats give renewal to forum commitment and personal engagement. YPO encourages your forum to unitize CFF as a resource every couple of years.
› 36-Hour Mini-Retreat. Finding time or the budget to do a full retreat may not be possible. Consider a close destination (over-night) and limited time, while also utilizing the services of a qualified resource.
› Super Charge. All aspects of life involve cycles of growth, stagnation and decline. Forum is no different. Forum Facilitators offer a means give new life to your forum.
› Tune-up. Often your forum can benefit from having a qualified response to join your regular forum meeting to observe and give insights to the Moderator of simple fixes.
